• Realtykeys has standard, non-negotiable fees and brokerage charges that are at par with market rates.
• Realtykeys believes in fair pricing and offering its customers the best possible value for money.
• For Sale or Purchase of a property : 1 % of transaction value + applicable GST as brokerage from both Seller & Buyer.
• For Leasing – 1 month rent value + applicable GST as brokerage from both Lessee & Lessor.
• Registration Charges and Stamp Duty – As per circle rates (as applicable) is not included in Our Fee or brokerage

There would be separate legal expenses, if a complete due-diligence or a customized legal service is required. The legal expenses would depend on the extent of the work involved and would be communicated at the time of start of due-diligence for approval. The client has the flexibility of involving his/her own lawyer or can avail the services of Realtykeys post acceptance of the proposed legal expenses.
